In 2014, the SIMODEC Innovation Awards have once again proven that the trade show exhibitors are full of ideas, ingenuity and enthusiasm to enable them to gain in productivity, technologically advanced solutions and quality.

The objective of the Innovation Awards is twofold:

• Highlight and reward the most innovative products, services and/or concepts in the bar turning and machine tool sectors;
• Allow ordering customers to discover exhibitors with remarkable performance and value.

Only SIMODEC exhibitors are allowed to participate in these Awards presented by a jury composed of professionals from the industry. The five categories of participation are:

1. Machine tools
2. Cutting products
3. Measurement and inspection
4. Peripheral equipment and automation
5. Services and software for the industry

The Innovation Awards will be held again in 2016. The participation details and rules of the 3rd Innovation Awards will be announced next October.
