A French group on a human scale
The FISA Group has 124 employees at its production site in Milan and commercial subsidiaries in France, Europe, the United States and Asia.
FISA France, the group's long-standing entity, has numerous testing laboratories equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. Predominantly French and completely independent, the FISA group boasts a strong European culture and a strong international presence.
Innovative production backed by over 45 years of expertise.
Since its inception, FISA has been designing and developing comprehensive turnkey solutions, combining machinery and chemicals that are perfectly suited to its customers' industrial applications. The group devotes nearly 10% of its turnover to research, innovation and dedicated testing laboratories, which are key drivers of performance and differentiation.
At the heart of this dynamic is the R&D department called FISALabs.
It is FISALabs that continuously innovates in the fields of components and materials, machine automation, ultrasound and software. It also integrates cutting-edge technologies such as Industry 4.0, the Cloud, artificial intelligence and collaborative robots. Keen to preserve the excellence of its long-standing solutions, FISALabs works continuously to ensure their sustainability by developing them in line with technological advances. As a recognised specialist, the FISA group has in-house expertise covering the entire industrial process, from the design to the implementation of its equipment. Its mechanical and electrical design offices design between 200 and 250 machines every year. The development of machines, robots and software is carried out entirely by its teams, as are the plugins specific to each application. FISA also designs its own control and supervision interfaces. Its HMI, the MCU (Machine Controller Unit), centralises all the parameters and components of the machines via an ergonomic touch screen. Connectable to a local server, it facilitates data sharing and exploitation and integrates remote maintenance functions for fast and efficient assistance. Scalable plugins, which can be activated at any time by licence, optimise equipment monitoring, reduce unplanned downtime and anticipate maintenance operations throughout the life cycle of the installations.
When industrial customisation meets ultrasonic excellence.
Each FISA project is subject to a specific and in-depth study. The group's design office develops fully customised industrial solutions that incorporate all the technical, logistical and economic constraints defined in the specifications. The objective remains the same: to achieve the highest standards in industrial cleaning by combining maximum efficiency and safety for parts and operators with perfect process repeatability.
This approach is based on close and long-term collaboration with clients.
FISA acts as a true industrial partner, supporting each project from the definition of the most appropriate technical solution to its installation and commissioning, carried out by its on-site technical teams.
The group today announces a unique position in the market.
FISA is the only industrial player in the sector to offer all existing ultrasound technologies: magnetostrictive and piezoelectric, in single and multi-frequency. This comprehensive expertise enables us to respond with extreme precision to the diversity of industrial applications. Depending on the geometry, weight of the parts, nature of the contamination and expected cleanliness levels, FISA selects the most suitable ultrasonic technology to guarantee optimal cleaning performance and confirms this through its application laboratories.
Process performance also relies on the careful combination of ultrasound and chemistry in a process involving several cleaning, rinsing and drying phases. Some detergent products incorporate corrosion inhibitors to prevent any risk of oxidation during or after aqueous cleaning. FISA relies on its dedicated subsidiary, FIMM, which specialises in the development, production and marketing of detergent solutions and is involved in every stage of process development when these are not defined by customers.
Finally, keen to ensure long-term performance, FISA offers comprehensive maintenance services, QUALIOPI-certified training, troubleshooting and project monitoring. While some tasks can be carried out remotely, the group prioritises proximity, human contact and direct intervention by its technical teams at production sites.
